By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, return eligibility is limited to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

Most items may be returned only if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned within the eligible return period

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used herbal poultices (patches)
  • Opened foot soak products
  • Opened or used sprays
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


6. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
